My name is Brandon Marc, and this is My Wine Cellar. I’ve been fascinated by wine ever since I took that fateful first sip of the lively liquid.
Born and bred in Cape Town, South Africa I have been surrounded by world renowned vineyards stretching throughout the Western Cape heartlands. There could be no better place for a young Wine Enthusiast such as myself…
However, in early 2007 I relocated to Sweden for work purposes and now find myself somewhat ‘disconnected’ from the local wine community.
So, where was I to pour (pun intended) 
my burgeoning passion for wine?
Right here of course! 
My Wine Cellar is a vehicle of expression whereby I will relieve my relentless infatuation with wine and all that’s associated with it. Educated in Biochemistry, I have particular interest in technical and biochemical aspects regarding wine.
But who exactly is Brandon Marc?
Rather than label myself as a wine connoisseur, I prefer the term Wine Enthusiast. I’m fascinated by wine in its entirety… from the simple grape right through to the business end of marketing and sales. Anything and everything pertaining to wine is of interest to me.
