You are quite right in that the Sideways film location has been incorrectly stated as Napa Valley many times over... I myself falling prey to the perpetuating blunder :) The movie was in fact set and filmed in the Santa Ynez Valley and other locations in Santa Barbara County. Perhaps this says something about peoples perception towards American wine regions and the unfair favouritism that the Napa Valley is afforded? Brandon Marc Thank you for the correction Peter.
