Cape Cocktail
Here’s a (very!) simple recipe for a refreshing summer cocktail. Not for those of you who aren’t partial to Rosé, but seemingly very popular amongst the ladies…
Simply add crushed ice and thinly sliced strawberries to your favourite glass of Rosé before topping off with finely chopped fresh mint leaves … and voila!
