The Myth Behind Pinot Grigio

I was once told that of all wine the Pinot Grigio variety specifically was most ‘preferred’ by women. I will not delve into the specifics regarding my friends rather crude explanation as to why every self respecting single male should have a bottle of ‘The Grigio’ in his fridge, but I would like to know if this is in fact a world wide phenomenon rather than just a popular fable told by men who themselves have overindulged in ‘The Grigio’.
Well, there can be only one way to find out

I’ve been known to keep a bottle of Rosé in the fridge for these moments as the female species will ‘usually’ opt for this variety over a glass of full-bodied red wine….
‘The Grigio’ is something I/they haven’t tried yet, but will let you know how it goes!
