Why Wine?

I like wine because it’s alive. Each bottle is different from another, and if you taste it the one day it would have changed by the next.

The trip to your local wine shop is always an interesting one, as there is just so much variety out there. This allows one to experiment with different wines and forge your own personal taste.

‘Wine is a chemical constellation that is meticulously shaped and molded…’

I also value the history and tradition that lies within each bottle of wine. An art passed down through generations crafting wines of distinct character and quality. Each bottle tells its own tale of its birth from soil to vine to wine.

Perhaps it is my background in biochemistry that allows me to appreciate the technical expertise that is associated with each vintage. Wine is a chemical constellation that is meticulously shaped and molded into a desired product… and it is this product we enjoy as wine.

Cheers!
